I turned the sketch sideways, dove into [...] I’ve been dusting my playtable and myself with glitter on a pretty regular basis. I had just stopped picking glitter from the floor, my face and my hair when Heather Nichols’ ‘Glittering Die Cuts’ video has me dragging out a rainbow of glitter again! I like her idea of using a Zyron for glittering die [...] Oh, I love so many of the color inspirations that are presented for challenges in the spring. I began my project with a vintage image from the Swedish company called Pion (peony). This image came from a sheet [...] It’s day 9 of Papertrey Inks‘ anniversary celebration and this mornings participation is to create something with butterflies and leaves. I thought I would use the lovely set, Harvest Berries for both the butterflies and leaves.
I used the beautiful ginkgo leaves stamped with spring moss ink and added some of the [...] I’m certain I’m not the only one who thinks, ‘if only I could just create’, but there are a few little things that I must balance time with. I’ve managed to sneak another sketch interpretation in and I’m happy to do that. I’m working from this sketch.
