a glitter challenge…

Welcome! It feels like eons since I’ve posted. School has been back in session for a full month. If the rest of the year goes as quickly as August has, we’ll be finishing before we begin. I’m so happy for this three day weekend that has given me the time to do some much needed catch-up at home, grade tests, clean out cabinets, shop, do laundry, etc.. There was even enough time to play!! Thank you Darlene and Diane. Having this wonderful challenge blog is such fun and a blessing to all of us.

Glitter is the theme of this newest challenge and I have had a box of luscious glitter papers from Anna Griffin just sitting on a shelf waiting to be used…

I used dies on three shades of glitter paper and a sentiment stamped with my favorite shimmery ink…

It’s the same shimmery blue as the paper. The real challenge that I found, was photographing! Not being a sophisticated or educated photographer, I couldn’t get the stamped sentiment to really reflect it’s look in real life. Being that you are crafty and creative, you’ll get the idea anyway!

Here’s the glittery, dazzling inspiration board to get your creative juices flowing…

A list of product information will be at the very bottom of this post. Get your fingers gluey and glittery, on your nose, . Join us for this wonderful, playful challenge.

Hugs and blessings,

  • WOW! This is simply fantastic Rebecca! With school back in session I know how difficult it must be to find some quiet crafting time … but sure glad you found some over the weekend! This is awesome! And yes, time is FLYING by … good Lord, it really needs to slow down a bit! LOL
Hugs and have a great week ahead!
