A gorgeous color combination and the use of sequins, beads, rhinestones, gemstones and pearls! Nice combination, isn’t it?!
Truth is, I love these colors and as soon as I saw the medallions on the shoes, I thought stamped medallions and rhinestones. Then I saw Mariana Grigsby’s card and there it was! I began my project with a vintage image from the Swedish company called Pion (peony). This image came from a sheet [...] A monday challenge and it’s wednesday afternoon.. hmmm, pretty good!! It’s a round or square challenge this week. While I often choose to work in the round, today it’s the square I’m going for. It isn’t ‘speaking’ to me, which is always a good reason to give it a go!

Wohooo! A reason to finally use these sweets! I love yellow [...] It’s not my paper crafting that I wanted to share with you today, but the early flush of fabulous hollyhocks that our weather has brought 1- 1 1/2 months earlier than usual.

Soft sunrise colors that are very soothing. Since this has been a week of drama in our house, soothing is very good! I used these Copic markers.
and the sentiment and trail from [...] I really want to spend the evening fiddling with lots of color combos. The effects of the day are slowing me down, so I don’t know how far I’ll get. It’s a good idea to get this post up before the evening activities begin (and my eyelids close)! These are the Copic markers I used for this card.
I used a sheet [...] Rosette. That word is music to my ears. I love flowers of all sorts and they’re the most consistent contenders for space on anything I create. While it is the focus of this challenge, it is the finishing touch on this card!
